The Old Cottage

A picturesque listed cottage situated within a conservation area, for which we were appointed to design a sympathetic two-storey extension.  Following a planning refusal, we successfully lodged a planning appeal and the owners were able to build their extension to provide a comfortable home for their growing family.

We won an award from the Bedfordshire Association of Architects in their Design and Craftmanship Awards 2008 which took place in October.

The award we were given was for the best extension and we are proud to show you a scan of it.
