St. Francis Court

This scheme received recognition from the local architectural association as being a particularly commendable and sensitive conversion. 

The building had been used as a boy’s home but had become rather dilapidated.  We were appointed to convert and extend the property to provide flats.  The completed building has kept many original features, particularly to the front façade, and preserves the vernacular of the market town High Street in which it is situated.
